Re: Sayonara Kizashi!
Congratulations and many accident-free kilometers with Mazda. Kizashi is a great car. I also own it for two years and so far I am very happy. I bought it with a cracked cylinder head and even though I am from Europe (Bulgaria), Old Tech helped me a lot from my first day on the forum by sending me a ...

Re: ESP fault when turning left.
I'm from Europe and it seems to be easier here with service stations. I don't know how it is in America, but apparently it's harder. In general, Kizashi is exotic and servicing the car here is not impossible, but it is definitely difficult, that's why I'm already selling my Kizashi and it's time to ...

Re: ESP fault when turning left.
You can try another non-authorized service center with good diagnostics. I use Vgate iCar Pro + app SZ Viewer A1 for basic needs. It relies on a lot of bugs, it was made for Suzuki.

Re: MAF sensor issues and replacement
That's great, no need to remove the whole body, I'll just disconnect the battery. In fact, my Kizashi is LPG, and that suggests there should be no lpg contamination. Anyway, when I have time I'll see how I'm doing.

Re: MAF sensor issues and replacement
After disconnecting the battery, did you completely remove the throttle and clean it? Then do you need adaptation with a program?

Re: Chain Service and Engine Noise (Knocking)
That is, all the noise and knocking of a cold engine is from the circuit? And why does it stop completely when it warms up after 10-15 minutes? Or is it the valves already?

Chain Service and Engine Noise (Knocking)
Hello! After my wedding I decided to check my Kizashi 🙂 - 1. Chain and 2. A knock in the engine when cold. After warming up to the optimal temperature of antifreeze and oil, the engine runs quietly, like clockwork. The valves were properly adjusted before 15k km (the car has 186k km on the dashboa...

Re: Kizashi information
I totally agree with you guys on everything. I also for all my cars that I have had that have 0w20, 5w20, 0w30 and 5w30 oil specifications, I use 5w30 as the most optimal for my region. On that note, as you said about parts I'm thinking of replacing all shocks and accordingly MacPherson etc. I'm fro...

Re: Kizashi information
My Kizashi is European from Italy, but the Suzuki manual recommends 0w20 for the same engine, and in the US 5w30. It is most likely due to different standard. 0w20 cites it as the greatest fuel economy. According to the country and climate where I am, I pour on my Kizashi Ravenol 5w30. I will try P...
