Tried loading the file for the sound of the exhaust but the file is too large, plus it doesn't do it justice. Hard to capture the actual sound/tone. When in "Drive" the car is under load, the rpm drops too. This could mean many things. Try checking the air filter, clean throttle body, spark plugs, fuel system cleaner, etc.. if this fails, bring to mechanic

Most cost effect fix is new or remanufactured CVT which will cost around $3,000 parts and labor. Keep in mind when selling / buying.

it maybe you hood latch, there's a sensor in it. spray with electrical spray

Stock the Kizashi has two cats and three mufflers - mid pipe replace with 24"" cherry bomb and two rear mufflers replaced with cherry bomb turbo mufflers - sound is deep, no rasp
