Re: Horn
Be careful what you wish for, around here, guys are buying train horns and other loud trumpet style horns and installing them on their little cars and big trucks. Talk about scaring the $*** out of the person in front of you....

Re: Grinding noise and watermarks
Its hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like hard water stains, Have you guys ever used that Mr. Clean AutoDry Car Wash. It statically charges the water so that it repels itself off the body of the car somehow. Tried it on my XL-7 that is Dark Burnt Red and it seemed to make a noticable diff...

Re: 2012 Kizashi Turbo - Real? Saw one today!
I saw a Geo Metro with a Turbo emblem on it the other day...You can buy all kinds of decals/emblems now at most automotive stores that even look like factory badging. I wouldn't get your hopes up, but if I'm wrong it wouldn't be the first time. Will keep my eyes and ears open, let us know if you fin...

Re: Remote start
I used to work for ZieBart Tidycar installing remote starters, they offer brand name remote starters, usually CodeAlarm by Audiovox, and can even program your remote to roll up and down windows and other accessories. This costs a little more, but they warranty all their work for life. When I worked ...

Re: Road///Race- Piggy Back Driving Impressions
Another issue with the video that I didnt mention was that they didnt do the test from a dead stop. The take off lag was the problem people are hoping the piggyback helps to resolve. Yet their example is s
done as they already at a cruising speed. That doesnt help.

Re: Hey there Kizashi lovers, im new here...and one question
When we bought our 05 XL-7 with push button 4WD, they stated that it was not recommended to engage the AWD over 65 mph. Most companies don't want to put a number on such questions because then that have to honor that figure in the event anything does happen when drivers go by it. Just remember that ...

Re: Short ram intake worth it?
I think that the Road Race vented hood (if its actually functional like the evo's) will help with disapating engine heat away from the SRI, but unforatunately your still getting air from a confined space that retains large amounts of heat. We used to make CAI kits out of PVC tubing for my friends Ge...

Re: B&B CAI
I usually will not order anything from an online company, in this case B&B CAI, that can not take the time to show an actual picture of the exact product and an installed pic. Be careful not to buy solely on price, you may (just in general, nothing against B&B) end up with a generic UNIVERSA...

Re: Turbo is a Must
As far as General Motors, there won't be much cooperation there for a long time with anyone. They (GM) do offer a turbo 1.6L in their Chevy Cruze. Hyundai is also offering a turbo Sonata that boasts 270 hp. That would be the competition I would worry about, the others seem to think that replacing di...
