You need to carry disposable gloves when you refuel, otherwise you end up with oily stinky hands. :x

Re: Engine service light

Maybe just bad luck or have they found a damaged loom? You've owned it for a while now, so if accident damage it's taken a while to surface. PS: It could just be something simple like a bad connection in a plug that needs cleaning. Hopefully they'll do some fault finding and not just throw new parts...

Re: Engine service light

Good luck Greg. Hopefully nothing needs to be replaced (it will hurt enough just paying for the labour rates.)

Re: Security Code for Stock Head Unit Radio (Panasonic)

From memory there is no code set from the factory (mine certainly didn't have one, but I remember reading about it in the owners manual.) Re: My 2012 Kizashi Sport SLS with Nokian WRG3 All Weather T

From what I've seen in my Kizashi (speedo reads low with stock tyres), 245/45R18 should make the speedo read closer to the real speed. It should look good with that size- a bit wider to fill out the guards and the taller tyre should make it appear "lowered" (as they'll sit higher into the ...

Re: 114 days

The pictures posted a couple of pages back made the interior look really cheap- if it looks that bad in photos taken by Subaru to promote the vehicle..... then in the flesh you're probably going to be disappointed. I saw another one driving around the other day, the exterior looks okay.

More info here: http://avnet.synology.me/kizashi/Xml/SAW10A/index.html Look under - Engine - Aux Emission Control Devices. Re: Engine service light

This would be what others have alluded to (cut from another post): LEAK DETECTION PUMP Your vehicle has a pump to regularly check the vehicle's evaporate emission control system for leaks. This check is performed approximately 5 hours after the engine is turned off. During this leak check, you may h...
