Maybe just bad luck or have they found a damaged loom? You've owned it for a while now, so if accident damage it's taken a while to surface. PS: It could just be something simple like a bad connection in a plug that needs cleaning. Hopefully they'll do some fault finding and not just throw new parts...

That's because it isn't enabled from the factory. Somebody has enabled it on delusional29's car after it was sold.

From memory there is no code set from the factory (mine certainly didn't have one, but I remember reading about it in the owners manual.) The pictures posted a couple of pages back made the interior look really cheap- if it looks that bad in photos taken by Subaru to promote the vehicle..... then in the flesh you're probably going to be disappointed. I saw another one driving around the other day, the exterior looks okay.
