He should still be getting an Email notification to whichever Email account he used to join with up. Best of luck- stuff like that can be frustrating. PS: Have your tried aftermarket brands like Thule? You can also buy the Whispbar to suit aftermarket: S26W Flush Bar+ K529W Fitting Kit. http://www.w...

Re: Engine service light
That's the problem with generic tools, they give generic codes. The OEM tool would give more comprehensive info. Have you tried consulting the factory workshop manual- there's a post on here with a link to it (try the FAQ post). I know there was someone on Suzuki forums a while back who was asking h...

Re: What Did You Do With Your Kizashi Today?
I ended up removing the high beam bulbs (via braille) to do it . The wire high beam bulb clips are a PITA and get tangled around the loom wires. It's not something you want to try unless you're extremely bored and have a lot of time to waste (with endless patience.) Bumper off is definitely the best...

Re: What Did You Do With Your Kizashi Today?
I managed to do mine in situ - but it wasn't easy. They're a push fit, so gently tugging on the wires will get them out. Aligning them to get them back in is the hard bit. Looking through the headlight lense can help.

Re: Engine service light
Amazon won't ship that particular scanner to Australia, but there are others that are "Amazon Global Eligble". ;) http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_p_n_shipping_option-_0?rh=n%3A15684181%2Ck%3Aobd2%2Cp_n_shipping_option-bin%3A3242350011&keywords=obd2&ie=UTF8&qid=1415334095&...

Re: Engine service light
If you're a member of the RACV you'll get a discount at Repco too.
For future use a scan tool with a "live data" function might also be useful, but a bit more expensive.

I've never heard of Australian parts stores offering that service. (I know in the USA it's a common thing.)

Re: Engine service light
Yes, you need to know what the code is. You might cause more problems by doing things like randomly spraying WD40 into the emission valves.
I just noticed your new post - you could purchase a generic ODB2 scanner and read it yourself. Where in Australia do you live?

PM's (as you've done) are the best option as he should get an Email notification of the PM waiting.
PS: That sort of thing seems to happen a lot on here. People say they've got something to sell and then vanish!?
