who to contact with complaint above dealer. canada

I have had a few issues with my tires wearing and the cars alignmentbecoming off. I live in Canada and was wondering who I can contact to discuss the matter. Dealer says its out of warranty so must pay out of pocket for new tire an thd alignment. I have 30000 tkm on the car the warranty is only 20000 they say. The normal maitanence is 12500 km. So after the 2 nd service I was already over the 20 k. They did not mention this problem the first time I brought it in. So any info on who I can talk to within Suzuki Canada above the dealer level would be greatly appreciated

I've had a couple of issues with my dealer and every time just called Suzuki Canada's customer care department and they were able to resolve the problem.
