My wipers are out. I'm going to start troubleshooting with the fuse under the driver's the side. Anyone have a quickie instruction of how to get into them?

remove the 2 cover panels in the driver footwell.... the fuses are attached to the left side wall... for me, they kinda hard to reach and pull them out :( ...also, you'll see a "rectangular box" with the connectors and wires, it's the "Body Control Module" (I believe)... be gentle with the BCM and its wires :)

How do the panels come out? Just pull?

on the "45 degree angle" panel, there are 2 screws at the 2 lower corner. remove them. then pull the panel along its edges. there are about 7 or 8 "snap-in" clips position along the top and both sides edges (no clip on the bottom edge).
on the other panel, thing is a little harder. There are 2 clips, position @ 1/4 and 3/4 of the panel's length. these 2 clips are much stronger. In addition, at both end of the panel, there are protruding notches which latch into the adjacent panels. Also on the top, there is wire to the LED (which light up the footwell). the LED snap into the panel and very easy to remove. good luck

Fuses checked all were good. Wipers are working again. I'm hoping this was a side effect of sitting outside half a day at -12F and lower temps.
