Well my wife lost our only key fob, on top of that I have to tow it an hr away to a dealership. Does anyone know how I can get the car in nuetral without a key??

I'm assuming it's an automatic. The tow truck driver will know this, but all automatics have a shift lock bypass. It's accessed by removing the small cover on the automatic's shifter. Once that cover is removed, you can use an object like a pen or screw driver to push down on a button located inside the shifter housing. This will then allow you to shift into any position without the key or engine being on.
I have circled in red the shift lock bypass access cover in the picture below.

If it's AWD, make sure you get it towed with both axles off the ground!

Yeah. I'd specifically request a flatbed tow truck.
