Need audio system user manual - help!

My 2012 Kizashi has the Rockford Fosgate sound system (no GPS) and starting today the system will not switch to XM. it was working earlier in the day and it suddenly stopped turning to XM when I hit the button for it. Button seems inactive. Also, started today at about the same time, if I hit the CD button with no CD inserted I get BT-A and a phone message plays but my cell phone has no message on it. I cannot figure out how to delete this message from BT-A or even get the Audio system Menu to display. I never got an audio system manual with the car. A salesperson set up the blue tooth in the car for me. Help! I need a fix and also need to get the audio system manual so I can look this stuff up. A download of the manual is just fine. Thanks!

You should start by disconnecting the car's battery. That will reset the stereo. See if that changes things.
As for the Bluetooth set-up, it's rather easy. When you are in BT-A mode, regardless of phone connection, use the talk button on the steering wheel. It will then read out menu options and ask you to speak the command you want. You can enter a set-up menu this way to remove and re-pair your phone.
As for an online manual for the RF system, I'm not aware of an upload on the site but there are others who are more specific on these things. Did you try searching the forum?

Thanks for the information KuroNekko. I will disconnect the battery and see if that changes anything. Thank you LIPSISRL. I do have the owners manual for the car, it is just that other than saying there are two types of audio systems for the car it really offers no additional information about them or how to access anything beyond turning the system on. I'll keep fiddling and hopefully someone (or <GASP> maybe the dealer will have something?} Should I find one I'll post it up. Thanks again.

Starting on page 5-10 there is very comprehensive info on how to setup the Rockford Fosgate system.
