So the blower for my heat an a/c has stopped working. I wss driving and hit a bump, suddenly my heater started working.

So I start the car, turn up the heat or defrost. Nothing. Although I can kinda feel the heat after a while, so actual heat works.
But the blower does not. Unless...I give it a few smacks from under the glove box. Ill hear the blower slowly start to spin, eventually it'll warm up, and the blower works totally fine. Just wont start on its own.

Anyone have any experience or advice here? Get a new blower, or think it is something else?

The brushes are worn out of your blower motor. Usually a blower motor is just replaced as an asm. I have replaced just the brushes swiped from a bad motor before. You can find one on car-part.com
