People calling me say the sound quality is pretty bad.

What do people have the settings at for noise reduction, anti-echo, etc?

Where is the microphone? Ken wood website shows it wired into the Bluetooth box, where does Suzuki run it to?

I'd guess they put the mic up in the map-light area for aesthetic reasons. From what I've heard, putting it down closer to and aimed at the driver's head should give much better results.

I think the mic plugs directly into the back of the radio.
