That's different than what I did. I hate drl. So I always turn on the 'real' headlights manually. And it's only when I forget to turn them off before turning off the car do I run into any issues.~tc~ wrote:They are on auto, so they are on when the car shuts off (and turn off at the same time).
What Did You Do With Your Kizashi Today?
I checked tire pressures using the vt30 to trigger the tpms sensors.
It's actually quite handy to see the temperature next to the pressure. I'm sure 42psi at 23F is probably 44psi at 32F.

Yesterday my passenger side wiper blade stopped working So today I pulled it into the garage, and after wrestling and going mad to get the plastic sash off below the windshield, I came inside and looked at the service manual and saw that all I had to do was pop the wiper covers off to get to the nuts! Doh
Turns out the nut had come loose and needed to be tightened. Saved myself some $$ and a trip to the repair shop....
PS, anyone know where to get some replacement plastic bolt clips that hold everything down?

Wait, does that count?

Today, I re-installed my RRM rear sway bar. I took it off for the warranty-covered rear shock replacement as related to the TSB. I test drove the Kizashi afterwards. Yup, that 19 mm bar makes a difference.
From driving the Kizashi just for the drive, I appreciate again how good this car is as a driver's car for the money. Despite the shortcomings of Suzuki, the dealer network, and even of the car itself, the Kizashi delivers a lot. I paid base model economy car money for a well equipped midsize/pseudo-entry level sports sedan. I'm quite satisfied and proud to own it.

Agreed. No one believes me when I tell them how much I paid and how much the Kizashi has to offer.KuroNekko wrote:I paid base model economy car money for a well equipped midsize/pseudo-entry level sports sedan. I'm quite satisfied and proud to own it.
Also glad to hear you're happy with the sway bar

Exactly how I feel. For the same price as a new Spark/Sonic or Fiesta, I got an almost-new car that is head and shoulders above the bargain bin. No complaints here (especially my wallet)bootymac wrote:Agreed. Well said. Everytime I turn the RF Kenwood Navi system to 28, I have to remind myself how this system is even louder than the top of the line Bose in my Porsche. Incredible value if you're willing to deal with the issues. Not for everyone, but right up my alley.KuroNekko wrote:I appreciate again how good this car is as a driver's car for the money. That reminds me, I need to clean up the factory alloys to take them to the dealership for warranty exchange.
