Oil change

Today i went to get my oil change at the dealer found out oil was leaking from the filter Firestone in Tampa did the last oil change anyway they correct that with Suzuki filter now the service manager told me next time i come in i'm due for that 15k service so i ask him how much was that and what was involved in the 15k service he told me adjust the brakes.. since when disc brakes need adjustment.. red flag went up.. change both filters.. cabin and air filter .. rotate tires all this for $250.. kinna steep would you say for less than a hour work.
