You have a hitch? I always thought it would be too low to put one on.
How does it feel when towing? Any good?

Yes, that's a hitch.

I think it feels stable when towing. Some cars have felt kinda wobbly, but I haven't gotten that with the Kizashi. All four wheels are on the ground. :-)
And the four wheel drive is a big plus. I don't like pulling trailers with FWD cars.
However, I haven't yet had any massive loads on it. With my license, I can pull a 2220kg trailer.
The hitch is detachable, but I have it in all the time. Mostly to not get all sorts of muck and grime from the road into the system.
Just keep it lubed and attached. All functions are checked come inspection time.
And it it serves as a first line of defense from the people who can't parallel park. :-D

Today I'll be passing 100,000 miles on the second Kizashi I've owned :drive:

This Kizashicrazy started Dec 23, 2010. 164,370 on that one by Jul 21, 2015. Got this one that day with 18,926 already on it.
The madness continues (at least that's my current intent).

I used to pull a small boat behind my 2WD Kizashi. It maybe weighed 1000lbs. Never had an issue. Sold the boat about 4 years ago. Left the hitch on cause, why not. I think it was $150 off of eBay.

Hey all! Long time no see, I've been MIA for a while so here's an update!

My Kizashi hit 63k miles last week. No issues to date.

Last Saturday I plasti dipped the front side markers black because I got tired of the orange there.

I also did the back of my DIY front tow hook license plate.

And lastly, today I bought some new shoes for Kiz! Next up is powder coating my brake calipers to match.

Today I tried to change driver side bulb out without removing.the bumper and following instructions....fricken.bulb.fell into the housing. Guess I'll be removing bumper anyways

I tried a couple of times to do it that way. In the time I spent trying to do it that way, I could have removed the bumper, replaced and been done with it. It's funny how the Owner's Manual shows you can do it from the top side but the shop price list for labor is based on removing the bumper.

Pretty sure passenger side is doable without taking bumper off provided your hands aren't large. Drivers side you'd need toddler hands to do with bumper on.
