black tab next to license plate

Not sure if the picture was added but I noticed this at work and I was wondering if removing that black thing would there be a hole to run some cables to place a rearview cam?

Yep, I'd guess it's just a plastic blank for where the optional rear cam goes. It should be fairly easy to pop off and run/mount your own, similar to interior button blanks

Ah so this is specifically for the Kizashi. At $24.99 is it good quality compared to the more expensive ones from Bestbuy? Btw 11zukizashi, did you paint the S emblem from grill or removed it?
btw this one fits in the different spot than the picture.

Yes it has great image quality even at night i can see and no it fits in the same spot as your photo.
