I used to carry the fob in the watch pocket of my jeans. In my dress pants the fob sat as a lump at the bottom of the pocket. That lump in the bottom of the pocket was annoying so I changed to hanging the fob with a pocket hook. That worked so well I added a flashlight and small knife.

I have the same problem with my work pants so I clip my keys to my bag instead

I have a mini-carabiner and I clip it to my right belt loop. I do that with my bike keys too. It's an easy way to prevent me from forgetting any of my keys somewhere, a quick tap with my hand and I'm good. Plus I hate having things in my pockets

I agree I don't like large things in my pockets. Keyless entry/start was one of the reasons I got the Kiz, but I did not expect how large the fob was. When it sits at the bottom of my pocket it's a large annoying lump. Hanging it with the pocket hook makes it disappear, or almost become unnoticeable. Plus quick to pull out. Just grab the hook.

I do like the keyless entry but I expected that when I was within a few feet of the car the doors would automatically unlock and when I was a few feet away the car would automatically lock. Did not expect to have to use the buttons to lock/unlock the car. I forget to lock my car often and thought that the keyless feature would solve that problem. Having to press the buttons to lock/unlock is almost the same as using a key. A thin key or a large fob? Which is better?

I used to HATE the idea of a push button start and keyless entry. I mean, a fob is bigger than a key!

But then I moved to the winter wonderland of MKE. Keyless entry is the only way to go when you're covered head to toe in layers of coats, scarves, boots and such with no access to pockets. Pushing the button is quite nice as you have a choice to lock and unlock doors just like before. But not having to fish out a key or a fob is a godsend when taking off gloves for two minutes would practically give you frostbite.

I realized how useful keyless entry was when I was traveling. I didn't have to keep my keys handy nor screw around to get them out; I could just leave it in my bag and go. I would imagine this feature is especially useful for females and their purses

Now, taking a remote out to push a button is the same inconvenience as inserting an actual key into the door

Tell me about it! I used to look at people that had this and then see them search for the key while I had it in hand and was already started before they were.

Porsche specifically made the key on the left side because it made the running start in the early days of racing quicker. I wonder if we had races like that today, which technology would win? Kizashis or a standard key?

You should see the look/scowl I get when my wife has her purse in the shopping cart and attempt's to unlock the door or trunk when the purse is too far away.
