Good Bye, Kizashi. It's been fun.

Anything related to the Kizashi can go here, but please look at the other headings first. Your topic may fit better under something else.

My 39 months are up, lease expired, moving on to a Mazda6.

I have leased several cars, and by the end of the term the car and I are ready to move on, but this one is tough. The seats are still firm and smooth, the carpeting looks like it did on day one. The paint is just as glossy. Taking it to drop off at the dealership, I enjoyed that grumbly sound of the engine one last time, and the way it felt on a quick lane-change.

All in all this was the best all-around car I've had so far.

That made me cry. How many miles had you done in it, and what engine are you getting in the Mazda 6 ?

I returned the Kizashi with about 29,000 miles.
Mazda6 is the gas engine (no diesel yet in he U.S.) I do not have the i-Eloop system.
Not a rocket, but fuel economy so far is around 10% better than the Kizashi.

It's strange the difference in petrol to deisel mix between te 2 countries. The 2.2 deisel unit has similar performance to the Kizi, but gives about 50 mpg

It makes sense to part with it if you leased it.
The new Mazda6 looks to be a great car. I find it the most appealing midsize sedan available now.

Upload photos sometime.

I have the light interior which looks great with black. Shot with iPhone, car was a bit dusty.
