Anything related to the Kizashi can go here, but please look at the other headings first. Your topic may fit better under something else.

Here's another instance of Suzuki (including the Kizashi) making a list that essentially shines a positive light on 'actual' Suzuki vehicles...not rebadged Daewoo's. Don't know if anyone else has any history with any of the vehicles/makes referenced in this article (i.e. regarding the validity and totality of the comments) but I agree with the Suzuki comments.

Another article highlighting the crash test ratings of the Kizashi.

I feel like at this point we should just rename the thread to "Articles that Posthumously Pay Homage to the Glory of the Kizashi!"

I also read this article the other day too. I wish the article more explicitly stated that the real Suzukis were the good ones all along while the Daewoos were the problematic ones. I do agree that the last of the real Suzukis are the hidden gems of the used car market. Because they are unpopular, they go for really cheap in comparison to rivals.

I've only owned two Suzuki and both were the real ones made by Suzuki in Japan.
My aunt had a Forenza for a while which she absolutely hated and she called it a lemon. I even told her back then that it wasn't a real Suzuki. She traded it in sometime later for a Grand Vitara which she loved. She said it was like the two cars weren't even from the same company and I told her it was factually so.

Well, they're definitely not forgotten anymore in the used market. Shortly after we bought ours, the prices started creeping up even though more and more were in the used market. Don't know what it's like today (haven't had time to check--or even post here for that matter), but I'm sure it will still be in high demand as the great value it is. 8-)
