So I was just asked to participate in a survey on the Kizzy that is supposedly for JD Powers and Assoc. Curious how many other on this site are being asked to participate? All in all I would rate the survey with a solid A taking all into consideration and what my experience has been. I'm sure if some on this site with the bad experiences get the survey they will Kill the car LOL.

I got mine in the (snail) mail last week, which was about 2-3 weeks after purchase. I do plan on filing it out but haven't yet.

I received one in the mail shortly after I purchased back in the fall. Very lengthy, I completed it on-line.

There are at least 2 JD power surveys that we might receive, one for sales satisfaction and one for the car itself (initial quality study)
I got the sales satisfaction survey shortly after I bought the car, and honestly I couldn't give the sales team anything less than a straight perfect 10. Thanks Don, Amber and the rest of the team at Wright Suzuki in Wexford, PA!
I got recently an email from Suzuki about receiving the initial quality study through snail mail, which is to rate my experience with the NEW car. I am anxious getting about this one

We were part of their initial survey in March 2010 after we purchased our SLS. We received the survey in the USPS. Seemed to be a very comprehensive document.

I wish they would put out a survey about the service departments. The one at Milford Suzuki would have less than favorable marks. I think my salesman and the sales staff did well, service.........

I wanted to say that I mis-spoke earlier...my original, lengthy, survey was from Maritz Research and not JD Powers. The JD Powers one was a service only survey regarding the belt tensioner replacement. I've just recieved a second, shorter, survey from Maritz Research with many of the same type questions as the original...why, I don't know....maybe a 'down the road' follow up to the original??

Filled out the same long questionnaire a month or so ago .... gave the Kizzy HIGH marks on everything.
