Exhaust mods and voiding warrenty

Does anyone know if modding the exhaust will void the warranty?I had a 2000 Impreza RS2.5 that I had the muffler cut off and straight piped with factory tip and it sounded mean!!I was wondering if I could get the same effect outta my Kizzy.

It won't sound like a scooby. I don't think it would sound great, but i'm not one for loud cars.

Ya,I know.The boxer engine just makes that special sweet sound.I talked with a friend today who owns a garage and he lifted the car to take a look at what
I had and as I suspected,there are three mufflers under their.When I go and have it done,first we're going to remove the 2 mufflers at the rear of the car.If I'm satisfied,we'll leave it alone,If not,we're gonna remove the center one.I don't really want it "load".Just aggressive sounding.You know,to match the looks.

^^thats actually a good idea. I was thinkin of removing the one in the middle. But maybe I should try changing the one in the middle to a magnaflow & then removing the 2 rear
