Spent my Saturday night adding these LEDS in my door wells to turn on when I open the door and off when they're closed. Colour match is perfect, looks great at night. Strips and wires all impossible to see. Thought I'd share with you guys:) sorry for the rubbish photos, off my phone. I can take better ones if wanted.

Yea, the footwells ones are off in the photo because I had the over head lights off. I cent decide if I should make the footwells red to match or if that'd be too much?:/

Are the lights above the door pockets? Did you fit new speakers while you were in there? :)

I put them up under the lip in the interior side of the pocket, you can't see them at all its like it was made for them. I could NOT get the door lining off. I was lying on the ground pulling with both hands with my feet against the metal of the door and the clip wouldnt come loose. I ended up doing some tricky threading with the wires. I checked out the focal subs yesterday they sound great.

Nice, did you run them off the existing door "puddle" lights? It would be a relatively easy mod (wiring wise, anyway!)

Yea it was as simple as anything ive ever done. First one took me about half an hour as I was feeling it all out, planning as I went etc, second one SHOULD have taken me about 5 minutes, and would have had I had a suitable drill bit. I have no idea where they went so I had to drive a screw through the plastic by hand. Only 'difficult' part was getting the screw through where it wasnt visable - obvious obstacle was 0 visability teamed with not much room for a drill/screw driver.

So far everyone whos seen it has said it looks factory though which is what I wanted.

This looks very good. I am interested in doing thing to my Kizashi. I probably won't because I don't want to drill into it. Is there a way I can do it without drilling?

Probably not since you have to tap the wiring for the puddle lights.

I am going to do this. It wont be so bad if you use a small drill bit. I am the worst when it comes to DIY.
