So, I read the post here: http://www.kizashiclub.com/forum/viewto ... f=28&t=216
An Informative post about the Fosgate receiver and XM.
So, with that said, has anyone actually figured out the secret behind the $500+ XM module for the Kizashi?
It seems that the radio and the XM module are made by Panasonic. I believe Panasonic makes a XM Module for their head units. Does anyone happen to know if this module would work in the Kizashi? Just trying to figure out how to get XM working in my vehicle without replacing the Fosgate Head unit. It wouldnt shock me if this is just a generic Panasonic Module that Suzuki is making big $ off of.
I'd like to be able to use all of my steering wheel controls, etc.. and have my XM, but, there's not a single XM or SIRIUS receiver thats worth that kind of money.
Thanks!
XM Radio Kit for Kizashi
I bought my Kizashi used and it came with the XM kit here http://suzukiauto.com/kizashi/accessories/?t=interior (last accessory) already installed. $589 for kit and I don't know how much to install.
