The best mpg I've gotten to date was 36.xx and that was mountain driving. The highway trip home only returned 34 lol.

If your Kizashi is new, and the gas mileage is higher than normal, remember that it takes up to 2 years to allow the injectors to loosen up and the engine bed in properly. I own a Kizashi Sport Prestige MY14 and it's getting better.
With regular oil changes at 6,000 miles or 10,000 Kim's this will ensure you give your engine the best maintenance as possible.

I am still doing about 15-16 mpg only city (AWD off) after 3 years of ownership... I just don't get it. I get about 25 mpg only highway. It is always showing around 12.5l/100 km (19 mpg) in my dash (city only), but it is not accurate when I calculate it my self. I did bring it to the dealership..they went for a drive (probably on cruise control at 60 miles an hour with the wind in the back) and they said everything was fine. What Can I do..? Nothing..I still LOVE the car tho!

FrankoLaMoya, I've had similar performance. It's nice to know I'm not the only one with such low figures. I've posted on this before, but if you haven't already, give ethanol-free gas a try! http://pure-gas.org/ It's not always easy to find and it usually costs more, but I more than made up for the cost due to the huge gains in mpg, especially compared to the winter blends that are out now.

I've tried different types of gas...I am buying the Shell gas 95% of the time (premium and V-Power rarely). Frustrating...lol

Bump for an awesome website. Just got caught up on this thread after my "first unread post" was back on page 7, and I stumbled upon the earlier mention of pure-gas.org. That website is kinda hard to figure out at first, but once you get the list pulled up, it's pretty awesome.

Thanks for reposting the site; if n8dogg hadn't done it, I was going to. I found a gas station a mile from where I live with ethanol-free 87/91 octane. I'll give the 87 a try in my Kizashi for a bit, and see if it affects anything. I'll try out the 91 octane in my 1.4L turbocharged Cruze while I'm at it.
