Insurance from an insurance carrier for the additional parts typically would not be covered.
As to the warranty itself I would first start by reading the warranty documentation from Suzuki. Anyone saying anything here might be speculation.

take all the mods off before you bring your car into the dealer for check up
Search Magnusson-moss act - they can't deny warranty based on aftermarket parts. They have the burden of proof to show the aftermarket part directly caused the failure.
