Hey Marcov, could you please post more pictures? I have been thinking about adding mud flaps too, but I am not sure.

Sure, Ill post them later. I hear you. I was on the fence as well. I'm sure they it would have looked alot nicer in a red color. But I tried to keep the "look" toned down a bit. My camera phone is not the best but I'll try to get better angles for you.

In addition to the roof rack, the mud flaps give your Kizashi an adventure-ready look. I like the look of mud flaps too, but given I don't need them, I'd only consider something smaller. However, for those who regularly drive on unpaved roads, mud flaps are highly advised to protect the lower body from paint damage.

Off topic, I tried covering up a long scratch on my trunk lid with touch up paint. I made a mess of it and now it looks worse. I would have preferred the scratch than this mess. So annoyed.

Thanks for the pics. It looks good especially with the roof rack which I do not own. I feel your pain for the scratch...did the same..I should have just stick with the scratch remover/buffing instead of the touch up paint...it is ok for small chips, but not long lines

And that's just the one scratch. I had two. It bothers me so much that after work I'm going to get a quote to repaint the trunk!! LOL

Thanks on the compliments Franko and Kuronekko!

I would probably not repaint the trunk either...most of the time it is not a perfect match (because of sun damage and other factors) and you end up with a trunk with a slighly different color...it's very hard to tell at this point which option would be better.

Was the scratch past the paint and down to the metal? Otherwise, you should opt to get scratches compounded with a random orbital polisher.
