When was the last time you've brake flush? Sounds like master brake booster is on its way out, have that thoroughly check up otherwise.

Dont bother H&R lowering spring coz it only dropped 30 cm make no difference ...this is based from my experienced money wasted...get a coil over so you wont get disappointed.

If all goes well, should be cover under warranty but will see. If not, then last resort to write a letter to NSW Department...
