Changed cvt fluid. When we hook it up the code we get is P1818 neutral safety switch short circuit. Where is this located? Anybody have any clues

Sometimes it drives fine then you stop or slow down to stop and when you go to take off it revs up rpms go up but it doesn’t accelerate past maybe 10-15 miles per hour like it’s stuck in first gear.

Normally happen when you take off from a stop but it doesn’t shift into 2nd rpms goes way up and it won’t shift. Changed cvt fluid and filter still doing it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
