Negative Dealership "Stealership" experiences

So from my positive dealer experiences post you know I lost my original key and contacted the dealer "stealership" Clay Cooley about my situation, and this is what they told me. On delivery of the car (NEW) they only gave me one FOB, I should have asked for the second one, but my mistake. ...

Re: My blacked-out S on front grill

i used a knife to pry it out. once it comes off you will need to re-shape it slightly to fit right when you put it back in.

dont mask the area and just spray the S and grill, the grill is black metallic and it will look funny if you do!

Re: Chipped

I installed a cat back system and added a KN filter and the computer in the car handled it all just fine. I really dont think it needs any aftermarket chip.

In contrast I had a Ford Cougar that gave a check engine light when I added a magna flow muffler.
