Re: Headlight Bulb Replacement

Honestly, taking the bumper off is extremely simple and only takes a couple minutes. I'd rather do that than mess with the filter and fuse box, and taking it half off seems likely to stress the points where it's still attached, which I would rather not do with a part that is next to impossible to re...

Re: After Kizashi - What New Vehicle?

Seems only fitting to mention that there are rumors that Kia is killing the Stinger after this gen.

Home Depot has the Bando belt for less than $20. Free shipping for store pickup.

That's fairly similar to what I get, but I am definitely not light footed when I drive it and also use a remote start.

Re: What Did You Do With Your Kizashi Today?

I got my annual oil change along with two more drain and fills on the CVT (had two done last year as well), fluid replacements in the transfer case and rear diff, and since I'm about to hit 100k, I had the serpentine belt and tensioner replaced as well. Not sure if I'll be doing any more CVT drain a...

The horns connect underneath the front bumper. Did both of them fall off? Pretty much behind the fog lights on the bumper cover.

Re: What Did You Do With Your Kizashi Today?

My Morimoto HIDs started acting up again where the drivers side low beam wouldn't always turn on. So I went through the process of swapping parts one at a time from driver's side to passenger side until the problem moved to find the bad component. After swapping the relays, it had jumped to the pass...

If they don't do inspections, you should be fine. Anything other than stock is technically illegal in Wisconsin, but there are all kinds of aftermarket bulbs in cars and no one cares, and we have no inspections either. As long as you get a white tint and not the blue ones, no one will know the diffe...

I'm guessing things like auto-braking, blind spot sensors, lane sensors, etc.

Re: Buying parts frrom CARID.COM

I got my brake calipers from them and sent back the cores and had no issues. I wouldn't be worried about any of the parts you listed being different between LHD and RHD vehicles. Is there a resource where you can look up OEM parts for your RHD car? You could always then compare the part #s to the on...
