I can't say I've experienced that at all. What does your display do? Has it done it on all 3 of yours?

Re: Finally Solved!!!!! Steering lock error no start

Also, if you think you will have fewer issues with a second-hand Audi, oh man, are you in for a real shock. Best of luck.  you know it! A colleague's wife's $45k 2.0T Q5, purchased new in 2011, (garaged and babied)...burns a quart every 1000 miles w/ only 60k on the clock. Audi Service s...

Re: Question on airbag deployment

Mine does it all the time with nothing more than a sweatshirt on the seat, and on sunny days it will do it with nothing at all on the seat.

Re: TPMS WHY???

Another reason everybody seems to forget is that companies charge more for CUVs hence they are more profitable for what is essentially a lifted version of a car. At my prior job I looked over dealership financial statements all the time. Cars either make a small profit or lose money for them. SUVs ...

Re: Rear Parking Sensors on a 2012 Kizashi SE, CVT, 2WD.

You can see them. They're circles about the size of a quarter, there are 4 across the bumper, I believe they're near the edge where it curves to be horizontal. I think you can turn them off with a button to the left of the steering wheel. I wonder if that would make the warning go away?

Re: What Did You Do With Your Kizashi Today?

Put my winter tires back on. To my surprise, the car recognized the sensors the first time I drove it. Usually it would take a couple days or close to an hour of driving for that.

Re: Lights won't turn off

I am located just south of Pittsburgh. I also believe that I am wrong. The DRL's do go off, but it's the headlights that are my actual problem. Once I turn them on, either with the switch or if I flick the high beams at somebody, then they stay on. Like I mentioned, when I turn the car off, I have ...

Re: Remote Start

Ok. I've got a couple qutoes all around $400. I thought that was expensive. But I guess not. Seems a bit too complex to do myself. It really depends what kind of options you're getting with it. I think basic systems are more like $150-$200 installed, but I needed more than that because I had to par...

Re: Remote Start

I had mine done a few years ago. It was a Compustar, don't remember the exact model but it was one with a 2 way receiver and a long signal, a half mile I think. Cost me a little under $500 at the time.
