Re: New Tires (4th set)

Another interesting thing I noticed about the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4 tires is that they are XL (Extra Load) rated. None of the other tires I compared with had this rating. I looked into it and apparently XL rated tires have reinforcement to perform at heavier weight loads thus are generally mor...

Re: Service Start System??????

Hey guys. So this is really getting frustrating. In addition, to initially checking the ACC and ACC2 fuses, I've now changed the key fob battery and the original battery in the car. I've also unplugged the cell phone charger that I had in the dash lighter, and the armrest lighter plus still does no...

Re: 12V socket fuse size?

So you want to know the fuse type for the cigarette lighter socket? I'll check and report back later if no one else beats me to it. Yep, exactly. It's #7 and 8 according to the manual: Fuse Diagram.pdf I suspect it's a low profile mini fuse but cannot confirm unfortunately. Low Profile Fuse.pdf

12V socket fuse size?

Hi everyone, I don't have a Kizashi anymore but I will be helping someone hardwire their dashcam (A119) in theirs. Can someone tell me what size the fuse is for the 12V socket circuit? I'd like to know which fuse tap to purchase beforehand. Thanks! https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thum...

Wouldn't hurt to give it a minute for the oil to circulate

Re: RE: Re: Dash cameras

Nearly got T-boned at an intersection yesterday on my way home in Washington, DC by a vehicle running a red light. This is why I have a dash camera. http://youtu.be/_spAOYeAKJo Holy shit! You actually convinced me to buy a dashcam and I'm very glad I did. It (A118C) has already captured many close ...

Re: Found out why my Kizashi was a bit lethargic

I should also add that the hood seals against the bumper to prevent the engine bay from pressurizing. A low pressure engine bay creates a larger pressure differential which helps increase air flow through the radiator
