Re: central locking
I had the same issue as KuroNekko regarding my extra key fob that I never used. I would give the same advise. If you have problems with car access & key fobs...CHANGE THE BATTERIES first before trying anything else.

Re: 114 days; Part II
See http://www.kizashiclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=3154&p=30620#p30620 post for a long winded, somewhat offtrack "opinion" as to Kizashi vehicle range. To summarize; when your range goes to 0, your low fuel light will go on and you'll have "at least" 2 gallons left...

Re: Shuttering when stopping
LPSISRL makes an excellent point. I should have thought of that since I have a CVT in my SLS AWD. I know, I know, don't quit my day job. Well, it's golf and tennis now... so I won't. :) Anyway, in my previous post I should have said there are a lot of "mechanically inclined Kizashi owners"...

Re: Shuttering when stopping
If you feel shuttering from the steering wheel when braking... you could have warped rotors. Not sure about when in idle,... maybe a disconnected spark plug or a fouled plug. Just a guess! There are some really good mechanics on this forum so I know one of them will provide you a much better diagnos...

Re: Kizashi in Sweden
Welcome; good to read posts from a Swedish Kizashi owner. Regarding the Navigation; I have it and IMHO it's a poor unit and I you'd probably be better off using an app on your smart phone or an aftermarket unit vs paying the x-tra $$$ for the in-dash system. The Nav unit does include a rear view cam...

Re: Cars.com; "The Ones That Got Away: 10 Cars We Miss"
Here's another instance of Suzuki (including the Kizashi) making a list that essentially shines a positive light on 'actual' Suzuki vehicles...not rebadged Daewoo's. Don't know if anyone else has any history with any of the vehicles/makes referenced in this article (i.e. regarding the validity and t...

Re: Why do they do that?
Bravo & well done redmed. Regarding earlier posts: I hope no-one in a Kizashi keys someone else's vehicle...no matter how stupid the other person is. Yes, there's a lot of stupid people/drivers on the road but keying their cars (while sending them a message) isn't the right approach! Tell them w...

I'm interested. Sent you 2 IMs but they haven't left my 'outbox' (vs sent) for some reason. Anyway, I can pick them up if it's a good price...let me know.

Re: REAR STRUTS ON A SUZUKI KIZASHI SLS
Since many folks use the term "shocks" & "struts" interchangeably... want to make sure everyone is referencing the same suspension elements. The following comments/explanation were taken from "oklatom" 's post I saw on line: "This seems to confuse a lot of peop...

Re: MPH in Info Window
Excellent post SamirD. That's a good workaround if you have the Garmin GPS unit and want the digital speed displayed on the GPS/Stereo screen vs the Rockford Fosgate stereo info. Basically it displays your speed on the screen along with other trip info (elevation, compass (direction), mpg, etc). In ...
