Update - after requesting a replacement, seller offered first nothing "sorry unfortunate things happen" then 75% refund, and now they are shipping a replacement. Hopefully it was tested. Still not sure what I will do with them. If i put them on, i will either shorten them and putting them ...

They are not wired up at all I simply stuck the power wires into the terminals on a 12v drill battery and scotch taped the tube to the top of the headlight to see how it would look.
