What is the procedure to program the new sensors into the car? Do you have to do to the dealer?

I use three Kingston DataTraveler 112 - 4 GB USB 2.0 Flash Drives (DT112K/4GBCL). These match the interior perfectly, when one is plugged it it looks just like a part of the car. When I was making daily 40-mile one way trips over an Interstate I averaged about 24 mpg. Now that I drive shorter distances (16 miles one way, with frequent traffic) I get about 22 mpg. The car has 11k miles on it now. FWD. CVT.

This is caldculated mpg, the dash is 1-2 mpg optimistic.
