So throttle body is 12nm
PCV is 2,5nm
MAF is 0,9nm

Although I think I'll keep some of those on during cleaning now that I saw the positions

I thought the complaint was grinding when trying to engage reverse with clutch fully depressed. Sorry. Hmm the other gears go in perfectly though and reverse goes in fine if I pull the gear knob into gear and lift the clutch a little. Does this still sound like a clutch problem? Thanks for the heads up so far I did the manual transmission oil change and clutch bleeding, I think it made things better but I still need to do some reversing after cold starts to be sure

My car has around 100k so thanks for your suggestions! I'll definitely look into the belt tensioner. I assume spark plugs should be fine because the car got regular service and it's running very smoothly. And I'll do the cleaning as well. I should use break cleaner for that right?
