No idea on the OE. I always replace brake pads on my sport bikes with EBC HH pads from my racing days, as I like the stopping power, so I figured to stick with the Ake's and I have no complaints other than a shorter life, which I can live with.

I think I may end up going with the reusable/cleanable K&N, like I've put on all my motorcycles and some cars, for the past 20 years.

Sounds like you made a great tire choice. My 13 has close to 30K on it, and they are a bit worn. I have to say that they worked pretty well all along though, and I tend to drive rather aggressively.

I was under the impression that Residual value is a fixed value, and is the same at the beginning and end of a lease, therefore is not negotiable as the car is owned by the bank, not the dealer.
