Re: Stuff rolling around in trunk noise?
We found a petrified lemon (fell out of a grocery bag at some point eons ago apparently) rolling around in a little plastic nook, I didn't even know was there in the back of the wife's SX4, after months of trying to figure out what 'that occasional noise' was. Just sayin'. Amazing how sounds travel ...

Re: Important Safety Recall
Kuro, did they replace your fuel pump or didn't they? Possibly... I would think it would be listed on the RO if it was. It is not part of the recall parts covered under the recall AFAIK, so if it was replaced you'd have very likely been charged for it. You would certainly have known about that expen...

Re: CVT noise when using paddle shifts
Meh...I hard shift mine regularly and routinely. Up and down. I engine brake constantly w/ the paddles. Passing someone...downshift and throttle hard. It gets driven hard in that regard, because, it's nature of the beast so to speak. Car has 97k miles, it's had its CVT fluid drained and filled 3x at...

Re: TPMS problem
OT,
What Dodge and Mitsu models should the OP be looking at sonsor for, and/or the brand/part numbers for the compatible sensors ?

Re: A few technical questions
Hello all...been a while. Great questions and excellent reply. I wouldn't replace the battery prematurely (it's in there and costs you nothing) until it starts demonstrating the Kizashi 'Gremlins' resulting from a weak battery, well documented on this forum. Highly recommend replacing it then w/ a q...

Re: What Did You Do With Your Kizashi Today?
Well it's that time of year again....what I did with my K today.... Fired her up, rolled her out of the garage , and... wait for it....drove it to work! After months in hibernation, stretched its donuts. Today was a wonderful day to give it a nice casual run. God I love this car.. After lumbering a...

Re: TPMS nightmare
The main hassle of Woodie's OP is that some "pros" don't seem to know the details of programming the sensors. Go to the right person or find out the right process (thanks again, Woodie!) and it's not so bad. It's not like we Kizashi drivers are the only ones with TPMS either. That is the ...

Re: TPMS nightmare
There's seeking discovery and innovation, and then there's going too far. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. So you think this TPMS garbage doesn't infringe on liberty? Oh really, is that a fact? Clearly history is going to repeat itself in the not so distant future. So tell me then what...

Re: TPMS nightmare
Twist it anyway you like. Technology, will, not, save , us, from, ourselves. The great delusion. The simplest and cheapest solution is ditch the TPMS and let the cards fall where they may. Oh the horror. THEN hold the offending, inconsiderate, negligible moron(s) (those people that can't be trusted ...
