Re: Is it possible to easily switch paired phones while driv

I'm in the same situation with two phones (company BB and personal phone). I haven't had a need to switch phones but I have had to re-establish my connection while driving. I'm pretty sure that the "Select Phone" option is still available while in drive while the "Pair Phone" opt...

Re: Kizashi Paint Chip Problem !!!!

Alright, my ordeal is finally over. Dealer covered the $1000 paint job from an auto body shop (just the affected area). Got it back the first time and still saw some gray showing through. Assumed it was a crappy job. Went back to the shop, they said it was just primer that didn't get covered, but al...

Shame I can't fit a larger sub in...I've got two 10" subs hanging around...

Only thing I could ask for on top of this is a dsg to keep the paddle shifters.

Re: Kizashi Paint Chip Problem !!!!

The quote I had I believe is for the chipped area, and blending with the panels around it, not the whole car. I thought it was pretty high, but if Suzuki is paying, I'll take it (and expect a really good paint job from the shop). The shop doing the work is not directly tied to the dealership (subcon...

Re: Kizashi Paint Chip Problem !!!!

Hey guys, sorry for the delay. Got a quote from the dealer's preferred auto body shop, $980 repair. Still awaiting the regional rep's final Ok, but the dealership assures me that it shouldn't be a problem.

Funny thing is the itemized costs. Parts: $8 Labor: the rest :P

Re: How do people react to your Kizashi?

The other day I was dropping off a carload at Goodwill and a pair of guys came out saying "I didn't know Suzuki still made cars" Wasn't sure what to think of it.

Re: Kizashi Paint Chip Problem !!!!

No, just the door sills unfortunately. I already have a road-debris related chip on the hood that they won't cover. The dealer is getting the rep to sign off on the door sills since they felt the paint there shouldn't have chipped as bad as it has just from road debris.

Re: Kizashi Paint Chip Problem !!!!

Got an initial approval from the local Suzuki rep. Just need to get an estimate to them from an autobody shop for final approval. The dealer said to throw in some 3m protective film to go over the area for prevention in the estimate. *The dealer did offer to take the car to the shop for the estimate...
