That was how 2011 GTS' were packaged, I believe. They cheapened the GTS in 2012.
My car is spec'ed exactly like this one. In fact, it's identical even in color and I've also got the roof racks.

Personally think that this is a bit much but a great car . 14k for a gts is much my sls in excellent condition and with less miles only goes for 14250 private party

How come my 2010 GTS doesn't have the chrome bits around the fog lights, and the matching lower center grill? I though those were just for the SLS. It's bewildering the different combinations with them changing it every year.

The "Sport" trim debuted for Model Year 2011 in North America. In 2010, the first model year of the Kizashi, all the Kizashis had the same body styling regardless of trim. In MY 2011, they introduced the "Kizashi Sport" trim and it was packaged with the GTS and SLS models. In essence, all GTS and SLS models for MY 2011 and after have the Sport styling that includes the chrome bits, matching lower grill, rear spoiler, etc.
A 2010 SLS should look very similar to your 2010 GTS and will not have the Sport styling.

Some markets got the Sport styling later than North America. I believe that was the case in Australia. Interestingly, the Japanese market never got it. All Kizashis in Japan have the 2010 styling. Odd, but the car is also made-to-order there and is pretty much now a government fleet car.
