Yes, a few of us think it was a bit rash to delete everything, as discussed here:
http://www.kizashiclub.com/forum/viewto ... =11&t=3258. An archive would've been a much better idea.
I poked around and I don't think we can recover the deleted topics unless we have back ups (
https://www.phpbb.com/kb/article/recove ... ted-topic/).
Perhaps conferring with the admin or other moderators is a good idea before taking actions like deleting an entire subforum

We will not be deleting things.
We can tag the title as inactive and lock the topic, but we will not want to delete things. It will help build a reference for value. I expect this subforum will become a little more active in the future. As the car ages a lot more cars will come up for sale.
I have already noticed it at the dealer level. There are a lot of traded kizashis ending up back on the lot this fall.

As activity picks up we will have less trouble as inactive topics should fall off the bottom of the page.

So where's all the archived stuff? I wanted to check out some historical prices.

Did you read all this thread? In the big bit bucket in the sky somewhere.
Life goes on.
We now have a policy in place.
A lot of the old adverts didn't have if the item had sold or not. A disturbing number of threads had people attacking the seller over their prices (sometimes using old threads as ammunition- WTF?) A person is entitled to ask whatever price they want to, if you consider it too dear then negotiate via PM or walk away.

Great.
Lots of good part numbers and great SEO value was lost.
I hope this will be the last instance of anything being deleted off here. Contributing to a forum with quality posts takes time, effort, and energy on the part of the poster. The poster expects those posts to be around for a long time. Otherwise, it's best for a poster to keep their own archive as well.

Had you actually read through any of them? I did.
There is more part number related info in the the normal tech forums. Besides if you're after part numbers there are better sources eg.
http://suzukicarparts.com/parts/?siteid=214820 ,
http://www.suzuki.com.au/vehicles/model ... ccessories ,
http://www.suzuki.co.nz/Automotive/Accessories/Kizashi/ ,
http://suzukipartspeople.com/product/Kizashi/ Google is your friend.

I read almost all of them. I thought very few of them were worthy of deletion. Some were worth the seo value alone.
