I've got a set of 17" x 7.5" rims (decent 3 piece alloys) and am thinking about refurbishing them and fitting them to the Kizashi. 235/50R17 would be my preferable tyre size if I go ahead fitting them.

The overall diameter is virtually identical to the stock 215/55R17, but the width matches the 18" tyre spec.

You should be ok with those rims, I doubt the offset at 7.5" would be too aggressive, hence it shouldn't rub the guards.

I'm not 100% sure what the offset of them is, but they were custom made to suit a Mazda 6 so it shouldn't be a problem. The only issue I may have is the hub centre bore being a different diameter?

I'll try test fitting one sometime (they're fitted with 225/45R17 tyres at the moment.) I might have to buy some wheel nuts first though as they require the small diameter "tuner style" nuts from memory. :x

Also make sure to check the PCD is correct on the new rims otherwise you won't be able to fit/bolt them on. From memory the stock Kizashi PCD was 114.3mm

Yes, thanks. PCD is fine as both as 5 x 114.3mm.

Some searching showed up that the Mazda centre bore is larger than the Kizashi (which is good) and I've also found some spigot rings to suit online.

Hi,
the Kizashi has 5x114.3mm with +50mm offset.
Question: Do you guys know the center bore diameter? 60.1 mm
Thanks

From googling I found the Kizashi is 60.1mm and the Mazda 6 is 67.1mm
