I do keep all the parts that you’re asking for in stock however not all of my parts are brand new , some are refurbished and some are just plain used is in good shape. The shock mount does need to be new due to corrosion. The upper bracket I like to convert to stud and nut which helps give you a second chance at getting it apart the next time if you live in a high salt use area.
I can sell those parts that you need and it would be $165 shipped for everything. I have a picture of the opposite side though but I do have the side that you need. PM me if any of this interests you.
