Electrical, radio issue

Heres my story. A dime fell in my cig lighter and when I tried to get it out it popped and my radio went out. Now the radio is out and I get an error code u0121 "lost communication with ABS" Tried the radio fuse, and many others to no avail. It would seen to me to have to be a fuse right? Any help would be greatly appreciated, leaving on a long road trip in 3 days!!
