I I have a 2012 Kizashi and I have the waterpump completely ready to come out of the car, but the Heater Outlet pipe is still installed in the water pump.
It is a little loose now, but how does it come out? Do i have to take off the back cover of the waterpump? The suzuki guide just says remove it, but I can't get it out
Please advise
Thanks in advance
Dave

There's a bolt holding it to the water pump and an o-ring around it that seals it to the bore of the pump. If you have that bolt out it should just pull out, but might be sticky because of the o-ring.

Thanks Woody. Do you know where the bolt is? I still have the thermostat housing on, but everything else is loose. I removed the bolt as seen in the picture, but I'm not aware of where the bolt that holds it in is located. I added photos of me trying to hold the camera below the waterpump. Also, FEAR THE TURTLE!! I went to U. of Md in College Park. HUGE Caps fan and WFT fan also

Just went and looked closer, there are three bolts holding it on. You've got the one out of the water pump, there are two more at the other end, over the transmission. Sent you an e-mail, if you reply back I'll send a PDF direct to you. Here's a poor drawing from a parts website. There's a bolt at each end of the pipe and one at the right angle bend where it turns towards the firewall.

I'm not actually in College Park anymore, moved up the road to Laurel, but I'm at UMD almost daily. I fix most of the copiers on campus.
