RF Bluetooth volume problem

Hello everyone, hope you are doing well!
So, my 2010 Kizashi with Rockford Fosgate has this anomalous problem, I have AVC (automatic volume control) to OFF, but, sometimes, when in range 20-30% of volume, music sound decreases and increases by itself, I have tried different AVC levels but neither seems to be working.
I first thought maybe it was an equaliser I had, but changed that too, phone as well, but nothing helps.
Do you happen to have experienced such case? This volume change mostly happens when driving, sometimes it decreases and sometimes increases all by itself.
