Kizashi Club

Hello everyone.

I purchased a 2013 Kizashi SX 3 months ago and from time to time I noticed the heating seat would come online by itself sometimes after engine startup. It stopped doing it for a while, but now it does it again, only this time the heating function doesnt work at all after it stops. Any way to fix this? Thank you.

Sounds like a short circuit. Maybe lose wire or connection. Possibly twisted or damaged wire. Other than that, it might be the heating element within the seats, in which case you'd have to disassemble the seat, likely ripping or tearing it, and not getting it back together properly. Not sure if it's worth fixing, unless it's a must have in order to drive it. Leather seats and heated seats, I'd never buy on a car.
