Microphone not work

Trying to troubleshoot microphone not working when connected to Bluetooth. I havea 2014 kixashi with Nav/ Garmin /Kenwood unit that came with the car. I can hear the other person fine through the speakers but they cannot hear me at all. Any ideas?
