Will the kizashi 2.4L fit into a grand vitara?

my understanding is we need to keep the GV oil pan and pump.
if yes then does it matter if the kizashi is fwd or awd

this would be a 2011 kizashi into a 2009 GV

The oil pumps are the same. The oil pickup tube and pan are specific to the Vitara. Im glad you are not using the 2010 engine that has the possibility of cracking.
