So they detailed it and the "sap" didn't come off?

Yes they sent it to the prep shop with no luck on getting the so called sap removed, It is currently in the body shop now. I was told they are repainting the Hood and Truck, I also pointed out the chips on the driver's side passenger door jam and told them I can't believe that one is caused by Tree Sap. They at least are trying to handle the problem, but I think they are over looking the real problem. I guess only time will tell, I will post when I get it back to let everyone know how I made out.
