Has anyone put 245/45ZR18's on their Kiz? If so, what brand and model?

I'm a tire guy and understand the the engineering and design aspects that goes into tire.

I as wondering if anyone had positive or negative firsthand driving experiences with this fitment as different vehicles have different behaviors when doing a +0, +1 etc. Better gas mileage, handling or performance issues?
